Dental hygiene

The first teeth erupt at the six months of age and keep erupting until the age of three. At the age of 6 or 7, the primary (milk) teeth start falling out. By the age of 21, you will have all permanent teeth. You will have them your entire life, so you should make an effort to keep them healthy. A beautiful and healthy smile will affect a great deal the way other people see you. Cleaning your teeth regularly and properly, visiting your dentist regularly and having your teeth fixed, will prevent many diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, osteoporosis and diabetes, all of which are related to your oral health.

Your teeth are unique just like your finger prints. There are no two persons with the same set of teeth. Therefore, you teeth should be a part of your personal signature and of the way in which people see you.
